One of my aspirations is to be a lifelong grower. I often hear folks say they want to be lifelong learners because the day they stop learning is the day they stop growing. Sadly, all too often I have come across folks that love to absorb knowledge but never give honest self-assessment. Consequently, they become puffed up with knowledge but don’t experience the needed ongoing personal transformation.

I am constantly assessing and scrutinizing myself in an effort to be refined, transformed, and grow. To help in the process, I’ve taken a number of personal assessment tests over the years. Below are some excerpts from a couple of those tests that help shed a light on what drives me at the core of my being.
